    STATUS FUTURES FAQ.

Complete Status Futures FAQ answers covering evaluations, account rules, payouts, billing, platforms, eligibility, and support.

    Getting Started

Understand evaluations, plans, simulated funded accounts, and the path forward.

    What is Status Futures?

Status Futures provides a structured futures-trading evaluation experience, educational resources, customer support, and other customer-facing services.

Status Futures is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC. Funding assessments are provided by Prop Account, LC, and assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC. Traders who qualify for a simulated funded account will be required to enter into a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC.

How does the Status Futures evaluation process work?

Choose a 25K Standard evaluation, or a 50K or 100K evaluation with either the Standard or Premium plan.

During the evaluation, you must satisfy the applicable Equity Growth Target and remain above the End-of-Day Drawdown threshold. Individual evaluations require a minimum of three trading days and 40% evaluation consistency. Evaluations purchased through the 3-Account Bundle require a minimum of two trading days and 50% evaluation consistency.

After those requirements are satisfied, the evaluation activity is reviewed. Traders whose results are verified may become eligible for a simulated Status Futures funded account, subject to risk review, KYC, the Trader Agreement, and applicable program rules.

    Are Status Futures accounts simulated?

Yes. Status Futures evaluations and simulated funded-stage accounts operate in simulated trading environments.

Traders who satisfy the applicable requirements may become eligible to receive payouts based on eligible Account Gains under the Plan Rules. Simulated results do not represent actual trading results and do not guarantee future performance or financial outcomes.

    Is passing an evaluation guaranteed?

No. Every trader must independently satisfy the applicable evaluation objectives and comply with all program rules.

Status Futures does not guarantee evaluation success, simulated funded-account eligibility, payouts, income, or financial results.

What happens after the evaluation objectives are satisfied?

Passing the numerical objectives does not automatically activate a simulated funded account.

The evaluation results must first be reviewed and verified. The trader must then complete KYC, sign the Trader Agreement, and pay the Premium activation fee if applicable.

How do I qualify for a simulated funded account?

A trader must satisfy the applicable Equity Growth Target, remain above the End-of-Day Drawdown, and comply with all other trading rules. Individual evaluations require a minimum of three trading days and 40% evaluation consistency. Evaluations purchased through the 3-Account Bundle require a minimum of two trading days and 50% evaluation consistency.

After those requirements are satisfied, the evaluation activity is reviewed. The trader must then complete KYC, sign the Trader Agreement, and pay the Premium activation fee if applicable. Passing the numerical objectives does not bypass risk and compliance review.

What account sizes and plans are available?

Status Futures offers a 25K Standard evaluation, plus 50K and 100K futures evaluations available as either Standard or Premium.

The 25K Standard evaluation is a separate one-time purchase and does not have a Premium option, recurring renewal, activation fee, or funded-account subscription. For 50K and 100K accounts, Standard and Premium use the same evaluation objectives; the primary differences are the Payout Split, maximum payout, and activation fee.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard accounts provide an 80% payout split and have no activation fee after passing.

Premium accounts provide a 90% payout split and require a $175 activation fee after passing.

The applicable maximum payout depends on the account size and plan selected:

    • 25K Standard: $2,500 maximum payout per request
    • 50K Standard: $4,000
    • 50K Premium: $6,000
    • 100K Standard: $6,000
    • 100K Premium: $8,000

    Evaluation Rules

Review Equity Growth Targets, drawdown limits, consistency, and minimum trading days.

    What are the evaluation objectives?

    25K Standard Evaluation:

    • Starting Balance: $25,000
    • Equity Growth Target: $2,000
    • End-of-Day Drawdown: $1,500
    • Maximum Evaluation Duration: Unlimited
    • Minimum Trading Days for an individual evaluation: 3
    • Evaluation Consistency for an individual evaluation: 40%
    • Maximum Position Size: 1 contract
    • Daily Loss Limit: None

    50K Evaluation:

    • Equity Growth Target: $3,000
    • End-of-Day Drawdown: $2,000
    • Minimum Trading Days for regular evaluations: 3
    • Evaluation Consistency for regular evaluations: 40%
    • Maximum Position Size: 3 minis or 30 micros

    100K Evaluation:

    • Equity Growth Target: $6,000
    • End-of-Day Drawdown: $3,000
    • Minimum Trading Days for regular evaluations: 3
    • Evaluation Consistency for regular evaluations: 40%
    • Maximum Position Size: 6 minis or 60 micros

Evaluations purchased through the 3-Account Bundle instead require a minimum of two trading days and 50% evaluation consistency.

How long can an evaluation remain open?

The maximum evaluation duration is unlimited. A 25K Standard, 50K, or 100K evaluation does not expire solely because a set number of calendar days has passed.

The applicable inactivity rule still applies: an account must record at least one executed trade within every 30-calendar-day period.

What is the minimum number of trading days?

Individual evaluations, including the 25K Standard evaluation, require a minimum of three trading days and use a 40% evaluation consistency requirement.

The 25K, 50K, and 100K evaluations support the 3-Account Bundle. Each bundled evaluation requires a minimum of two trading days and uses a 50% evaluation consistency requirement.

Each evaluation must independently satisfy its applicable trading-day requirement, consistency requirement, Equity Growth Target, End-of-Day Drawdown, and all other evaluation rules. Completing two trading days alone does not guarantee a pass.

How does the 3-Account Bundle work?

The 25K Standard evaluation supports a 3-Account Bundle. When three eligible evaluations are purchased together through the bundle, the minimum trading-day requirement for each bundled evaluation is reduced from three trading days to two, and the evaluation consistency requirement changes from 40% to 50%.

Each bundled evaluation must independently satisfy its Equity Growth Target, 50% consistency requirement, End-of-Day Drawdown, contract limits, and all other applicable evaluation rules. Traders can qualify in as few as two trading days when every requirement is met, but completing two trading days alone does not guarantee a pass. The 25K three-account bundle does not automatically include a fourth free account.

How does the 40% evaluation consistency requirement work?

For a regular evaluation, no single trading day may account for more than 40% of the trader’s total evaluation profits at the time the evaluation objectives are completed.

Evaluations purchased through the 3-Account Bundle use a 50% consistency requirement because the bundle reduces the minimum trading-day requirement from three days to two. For a bundled evaluation, no single trading day may account for more than 50% of total evaluation profits.

If the trader’s highest-profit day exceeds the applicable percentage, the evaluation remains active until additional profits bring that day within the required consistency limit.

    UNDERSTANDING EVALUATION CONSISTENCY

    Highest-profit day ÷ Total evaluation profit × 100 = Consistency percentage

    REGULAR EVALUATION

Maximum share from one trading day: 40%

    Minimum 3 trading days

    50K example · $3,000 profit target

    • Day 1: +$1,200
    • Day 2: +$1,000
    • Day 3: +$800

    Calculation: $1,200 ÷ $3,000 = 40%

    Result: Consistency requirement met

This example also meets the $3,000 target and three-day minimum. All other evaluation requirements still apply.

    3-ACCOUNT BUNDLE

Maximum share from one trading day: 50%

    Minimum 2 trading days

    50K example · $3,000 profit target

    • Day 1: +$1,500
    • Day 2: +$1,500

    Calculation: $1,500 ÷ $3,000 = 50%

    Result: Consistency requirement met

This applies to each evaluation purchased together through the 3-Account Bundle. Each account must qualify independently. The two-day minimum does not guarantee a two-day pass.

A BIG DAY DOESN’T AUTOMATICALLY FAIL YOUR EVALUATION.

If your highest-profit day exceeds the applicable percentage, you must build enough additional total profit to bring that day within the limit while continuing to follow all account rules.

Regular evaluation example: a $1,500 highest-profit day requires at least $3,750 in total evaluation profit.

    Calculation: $1,500 ÷ 40% = $3,750

The consistency percentage is not a fixed daily profit cap. Losses can reduce total evaluation profit and increase your consistency percentage.

All individual evaluation account sizes use the same 40% consistency requirement, including 25K, 50K, and 100K evaluations. Profit targets are $2,000 for 25K, $3,000 for 50K, and $6,000 for 100K evaluations. The 50% bundle consistency requirement is separate from any payout withdrawal limitation.

Evaluation only: there is no consistency requirement during the simulated funded stage. Funded-account trading and payout requirements still apply.

    What is the End-of-Day Drawdown?

The End-of-Day Drawdown is the amount an account may lose before reaching its Maximum Loss Limit, or MLL. The MLL trails upward based on the account balance recorded at the end of each trading day—not intraday highs.

The current MLL remains active throughout the trading session. Traders must remain above it at all times, even though the next adjustment is calculated only after the trading day closes.

The drawdown amount is $1,500 for 25K accounts, $2,000 for 50K accounts, and $3,000 for 100K accounts. The MLL never rises above the original starting balance: $25,000 for 25K accounts, $50,000 for 50K accounts, or $100,000 for 100K accounts. These drawdown mechanics apply during both the evaluation and simulated funded stages.

    HOW END-OF-DAY DRAWDOWN WORKS

The MLL may move upward after the trading day closes. It never moves downward.

    Account reference:

    • 25K Standard Account — Starting Balance: $25,000; End-of-Day Drawdown: $1,500; Starting MLL: $23,500; Maximum MLL Lock: $25,000
    • 50K Account — Starting Balance: $50,000; End-of-Day Drawdown: $2,000; Starting MLL: $48,000; Maximum MLL Lock: $50,000
    • 100K Account — Starting Balance: $100,000; End-of-Day Drawdown: $3,000; Starting MLL: $97,000; Maximum MLL Lock: $100,000

    Main worked example: 50K account

    • Account Start — End-of-Day Balance: $50,000; Current MLL: $48,000. The account begins with a $2,000 End-of-Day Drawdown.
    • Day 1 Close — End-of-Day Balance: $50,700; New MLL: $48,700. The account closed $700 higher, so the MLL moves upward by $700 after the trading day ends.
    • Day 2: Intraday High vs. Closing Balance — Intraday High: $52,000; End-of-Day Balance: $51,200; New MLL: $49,200. The intraday high does not determine the adjustment. Because the account closed at $51,200, the MLL becomes $49,200—not $50,000.
    • Day 3 Close: MLL Locks — End-of-Day Balance: $52,000; New MLL: $50,000; Status: LOCKED. The MLL reaches its maximum lock value of $50,000. Further gains will not raise it above the account’s original starting balance.
    • Later Losing Day — End-of-Day Balance: $51,400; MLL: $50,000. The account balance decreased, but the MLL did not move backward. Once raised or locked, the MLL never decreases.

END-OF-DAY CALCULATED DOES NOT MEAN END-OF-DAY ENFORCED.

The existing MLL remains active throughout the trading session. If the account fails to remain above its current MLL during the session, the account may be breached. Intraday gains only affect the next MLL calculation if those gains remain in the account at the end of the trading day.

    CALCULATED AT DAY’S END

New MLL adjustments use the end-of-day balance.

    ONLY MOVES UP

The MLL never moves backward after a losing day.

    LOCKS PERMANENTLY

The MLL stops at $25,000 for 25K accounts, $50,000 for 50K accounts, and $100,000 for 100K accounts.

The trader dashboard displays the applicable MLL and current account status.

What are the maximum evaluation position sizes?

The maximum evaluation position sizes are:

    • 25K Standard Evaluation: 1 contract
    • 50K Evaluation: 3 minis or 30 micros
    • 100K Evaluation: 6 minis or 60 micros

These limits apply to the account’s combined open exposure. Exceeding an applicable position limit may result in a rule violation.

Is there a daily loss limit?

No. Status Futures evaluations do not use a separate daily loss limit. The End-of-Day Drawdown and all other risk rules still apply.

What happens if an evaluation rule is breached?

An account that violates an applicable risk parameter will be marked as breached and may no longer be eligible to continue trading.

The trader dashboard will display the account’s current status and any available renewal, reset, or repurchase options.

What happens after I satisfy all evaluation objectives?

Completing the displayed objectives does not automatically activate a simulated funded account.

The evaluation results must first be reviewed and verified. After approval, the trader is guided through risk review, KYC, the required Trader Agreement, and simulated funded-account activation steps within the trader dashboard.

Standard accounts do not have an activation fee. Premium accounts require the $175 activation fee during activation.

    Trading Rules

Review approved products, hours, position conduct, and prohibited activity.

What futures products may be traded?

Must traders use the active contract?

Yes. Traders must use the active or front-month contract designated for the applicable product. Trading inactive or illiquid out-month contracts is prohibited.

    What are the trading hours?

On regular non-holiday trading days, trading may begin at the 5:00 p.m. Central Time CME Globex open.

All open positions must be closed and all working orders canceled by 3:55 p.m. Central Time.

Holiday and shortened-session hours may differ. Traders are responsible for checking the applicable exchange schedule.

Can I hold a position overnight?

Positions may remain open during the permitted overnight session, but every position must be closed and every working order canceled before the required 3:55 p.m. Central Time cutoff.

Can I hold positions over the weekend?

No. Positions may not be held through the required daily close or over the weekend.

What time zone does Status Futures use?

All Status Futures trading times and deadlines are stated in Central Time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Can I trade during the Asia and London sessions?

Yes. Trading may be permitted during the Asia and London sessions while the applicable futures market is open and within permitted Status Futures trading hours.

Can traders trade during news events?

Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. Any traders identified as having opened a position during a News Event are subject to having that position closed and the associated P&L removed from their account, having the leverage on their account reduced or having their account breached altogether. The Company has sole and absolute discretion in determining what constitutes a News Event. This rule is intended to protect the integrity of our program and is not meant to penalize traders who inadvertently trade through a news event.

This restriction applies to both evaluation and simulated funded accounts. It prohibits opening new positions during the restricted window; existing positions may remain open through a news event, subject to all other trading and risk rules.

News Events generally include high-impact events marked with a red folder on the Forex Factory calendar. The Company retains discretion to determine what constitutes a News Event, as described above.

    Are automated strategies permitted?

Automated strategies may be permitted if they comply with all Status Futures rules and do not constitute prohibited trading.

Automation does not exempt a trader from contract limits, drawdown rules, platform rules, risk review, or any other requirement.

    What trading activity is prohibited?

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

    • Exploiting platform, pricing, data, or execution latency
    • High-frequency or latency-arbitrage strategies
    • Using nonpublic or insider information
    • Front-running trades placed elsewhere
    • Arbitraging Status Futures accounts against other accounts or firms
    • Hedging accounts against one another
    • Manipulative or coordinated trading
    • Strategies that jeopardize relationships with exchanges, platforms, data providers, or liquidity providers
    • Excessive gambling-style risk intended to reach an objective through a single oversized price movement
    • Using third-party or commercially marketed strategies designed solely to pass challenge accounts
    • Trading inactive or prohibited contracts
    • Violating CME Group rules
    • Any activity prohibited by the Terms and Conditions or applicable Plan Rules

Trading activity may be reviewed before a simulated funded account is approved or a payout is processed.

    Is there an inactivity requirement?

Yes. Both evaluation and simulated funded accounts must record at least one executed trade within every 30-calendar-day period.

The inactivity timer resets whenever a trade is executed and cannot be paused. If no trade is executed for 30 consecutive calendar days, the account will be closed for inactivity.

    Platforms and Market Data

Review launch platforms, supported market data, and account-access timing.

    What platforms are available?

Eligible traders may select from Tickblaze with TradingView Charts, Rithmic, Volumetrica, and DxFeed, subject to account and platform availability.

    Can third-party platforms be connected?

Status Futures does not promise support for external third-party platform connections.

Rithmic, Volumetrica, and DxFeed accounts must be accessed through their supported applications. Tickblaze with TradingView Charts access must follow the credentials and connection instructions provided for the account.

    Is market-data attestation required?

Yes. Traders must complete the required CME market-data agreements and certify their applicable subscriber status before trading.

Status Futures supports users who qualify as Non-Professional subscribers under CME rules. CME Professional subscriber status is not currently supported.

    When are platform credentials provided?

Platform credentials and account-access instructions are provided after the applicable account has been created.

Evaluation credentials are issued following purchase and account provisioning. Simulated funded-account credentials are issued only after the evaluation review, KYC, Trader Agreement, and applicable activation requirements are completed.

Credential delivery timing is not guaranteed to be immediate.

    Simulated Funded-Account Activation

Understand risk review, KYC, activation requirements, and estimated timing.

How long does it take to receive a simulated funded account after passing?

After the evaluation objectives have been satisfied, the account enters an individual risk review. The risk team reviews the trader’s evaluation activity and trades to verify compliance with all account rules.

The trader must also complete KYC identity verification, sign the Trader Agreement, and pay the $175 Premium activation fee if Premium was selected. Standard accounts do not have an activation fee.

Simulated funded-account activation may take approximately 24–48 hours. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. Timing may vary depending on the individual risk review, whether additional clarification is required, and how long the KYC process takes.

Traders who previously completed KYC and successfully went through an evaluation-to-funded activation process may experience a shorter waiting period if their existing information remains valid, but every account remains subject to review. Once all required steps are completed and approved, account-access information is provided through the appropriate dashboard or email notification.

What does the activation review include?

Every account and its trading activity are individually reviewed before activation. Passing the numerical objectives does not bypass risk review, KYC, the Trader Agreement, or any applicable activation fee.

Traders should monitor the dashboard and email for updates. Activation is not instant or automatic and is not guaranteed within exactly 24 or 48 hours.

    Payouts

Review qualifying winning days, payout limits, requests, and eligible Account Gains.

Is there a consistency requirement during the funded stage?

No. Status Futures does not apply a consistency requirement during the simulated funded stage.

Traders must still comply with the applicable position limits, trading rules, payout requirements, review, and Trader Agreement.

What is a qualifying winning day?

A qualifying winning day is a simulated funded-account trading day that closes with at least the required net gain:

    • 25K account: at least $200, equivalent to 0.80% of the $25,000 starting balance
    • 50K account: at least $250
    • 100K account: at least $350

A day that does not meet the applicable minimum does not count toward payout eligibility.

How many qualifying winning days are required?

A simulated funded account must complete five qualifying winning days before becoming eligible to submit a payout request.

Each qualifying day must independently satisfy the applicable minimum net-gain requirement. Qualifying winning-day requirements begin again for the next payout cycle as defined by the Plan Rules.

    How much can I request?

Only eligible Account Gains above the account’s locked Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) may be requested. For a 25K account, the MLL locks at $25,000; for 50K accounts it locks at $50,000; and for 100K accounts it locks at $100,000.

For the 25K Standard account, the maximum withdrawable portion is 50% of eligible profits, subject to the $2,500 maximum payout per request and all other payout requirements. Payout requests remain subject to the applicable 50% withdrawal limitation, maximum payout, Standard or Premium payout split, five qualifying winning-day requirement, and review under the Plan Rules.

Your eligible payout amount is shown in the trader dashboard and remains subject to the applicable Plan Rules.

    What are the maximum payouts?

    25K Standard:

    • Maximum Payout Per Request: $2,500
    • Payout split: 80%
    • Activation fee: None

    50K Standard:

    • Maximum payout: $4,000 per request

    50K Premium:

    • Maximum payout: $6,000 per request

    100K Standard:

    • Maximum payout: $6,000 per request

    100K Premium:

    • Maximum payout: $8,000 per request

Only eligible Account Gains above the applicable locked Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) may be requested.

Maximum payout limits are caps and are not guaranteed payout amounts.

What are the 25K Standard funded-account payout rules?

The 25K Standard simulated funded account has no funded-stage consistency requirement and uses an 80% trader payout split. The minimum payout request is $500, and the Maximum Payout Per Request is $2,500.

Only up to 50% of eligible profits may be withdrawn, subject to the payout cap and all other payout requirements. The nominal $25,000 starting balance is not itself withdrawable.

Each payout window requires five qualifying profitable days. Each qualifying day must earn at least $200, equivalent to 0.80% of the $25,000 starting balance. The established 5-14 Rule applies: the first payout requires five qualifying winning days; subsequent payout windows require five qualifying winning days and the applicable 14-calendar-day period. The qualifying winning-day count resets after every approved payout, and a maximum of two payout requests may be submitted per account per calendar month.

The funded 25K account’s End-of-Day trailing MLL permanently locks at the $25,000 starting balance. The 30-calendar-day inactivity limit and all firm-wide account limits and general trading policies continue to apply.

What is the 5-14 Rule and how frequently can I request a payout?

The Status Futures 5-14 Rule is a repeating two-stage payout cycle:

    1. 5 Winning-Day Stage: Complete five qualifying winning days and request a payout, subject to all other payout requirements.

    2. 14 Calendar-Day Stage: Complete a 14-calendar-day cycle containing at least five qualifying winning days and request the next payout, subject to all other payout requirements.

After the payout from the 14 Calendar-Day Stage, the entire cycle resets back to the 5 Winning-Day Stage.

    The repeating sequence is:

    5 Winning Days → Payout → 14-Day Cycle → Payout → Reset to 5 Winning Days → Repeat

The qualifying winning-day count resets after every approved payout. Qualifying winning days never carry over into the next stage or payout cycle. A maximum of two payout requests may be submitted per simulated funded account per calendar month.

    5 Winning-Day Stage

Complete five qualifying winning days. The winning days do not need to be consecutive. There is no separate 14-calendar-day requirement during this stage. Once the fifth qualifying winning day is complete, the trader may submit a payout request, subject to all other requirements.

Payout Request → Winning-Day Count Resets

    14 Calendar-Day Stage

The first new qualifying winning day begins Day 1 of the 14-calendar-day cycle. That first day also counts as the first of the five required qualifying winning days. At least five qualifying winning days must occur within the 14-calendar-day cycle. The winning days may be consecutive or spread anywhere throughout the cycle. The full 14-calendar-day cycle must be completed before the payout request becomes eligible.

Payout Request → Winning-Day Count Resets → Full 5-14 Rule Resets Back to Stage 1

The sequence then loops back to the 5 Winning-Day Stage.

    Payout 1: Complete the 5 Winning-Day Stage.

Payout 2: Complete the 14 Calendar-Day Stage with at least five qualifying winning days.

    Payout 3: The rule has reset—complete a new 5 Winning-Day Stage.

Payout 4: Complete a new 14 Calendar-Day Stage with at least five qualifying winning days.

Payout 5: Reset back to the 5 Winning-Day Stage again.

After every payout, the qualifying winning-day count resets. After every payout completed through the 14-day stage, the full 5-14 Rule resets back to the 5 Winning-Day Stage.

    First 5 Winning-Day Stage example:

    • Qualifying Winning Day 1
    • Qualifying Winning Day 2
    • Qualifying Winning Day 3
    • Qualifying Winning Day 4
    • Qualifying Winning Day 5 — Payout Request Eligible

Complete five qualifying winning days, request the payout, and reset the winning-day count. No 14-day cycle applies during this stage.

One valid 14-day stage example—the five winning days may also be spread anywhere throughout the 14-day cycle:

    • Day 1: Qualifying Winning Day — 14-Day Cycle Starts
    • Day 2: Qualifying Winning Day
    • Day 3: Qualifying Winning Day
    • Day 4: Qualifying Winning Day
    • Day 5: Qualifying Winning Day — 5 of 5 Complete
    • Days 6–13: Wait or Continue Trading
    • Day 14: Cycle Complete
    • After Day 14: Payout Request Eligible, subject to all other requirements

After completing the five qualifying winning days, the trader may stop trading and wait for the remainder of the 14-calendar-day cycle, or continue trading in accordance with all account rules and potentially build a larger account balance. The trader is not required to continue trading after completing the five qualifying winning days.

Completing five consecutive qualifying winning days and waiting through the remaining nine calendar days is one valid path—but it is not the only path. The five qualifying winning days may occur consecutively or be spread anywhere within the same 14-calendar-day cycle.

Once the five qualifying winning days are complete, the trader may stop trading and wait for the cycle to finish or continue trading to potentially build a larger balance. The payout request becomes eligible after the full 14-calendar-day cycle is complete, subject to all other requirements.

When does the 5-14 Rule reset?

The qualifying winning-day count resets after every approved payout. After the payout from the 14 Calendar-Day Stage, the entire 5-14 Rule resets back to the 5 Winning-Day Stage. The trader then repeats the same 5-stage, 14-stage sequence for future payouts.

    5 → Payout → Reset → 14 → Payout → Reset Back to 5 → Repeat

Does reaching the payout requirements guarantee approval?

No. Reaching the displayed requirements makes an account eligible to submit a payout request, but it does not guarantee approval.

Every request remains subject to account verification, compliance with program rules, confirmation of eligible Account Gains, and the applicable Trader Agreement.

Is identity verification required for payouts?

Yes. Traders must successfully complete the required identity-verification process before a payout can be processed.

The verification process is administered through the applicable KYC provider and Prop Account.

    How is a payout requested?

The trader must initiate every payout request through the designated dashboard or payout-request process. Payouts are not automatically issued.

    What payout methods are available?

Approved payouts may be issued through Rise or cryptocurrency, at the trader’s choice. All applicable payout eligibility, identity-verification, and review requirements still apply.

What happens to unpaid Account Gains if an account is breached?

Without Payout Protector, a breached simulated funded account is not eligible for a payout of unpaid Account Gains.

With Payout Protector, a potential payout after a breach remains subject to the applicable add-on terms, including the locked Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) condition of $25,000 for 25K accounts, $50,000 for 50K accounts, or $100,000 for 100K accounts, all payout eligibility requirements, verification, and review. Payout Protector does not guarantee a payout.

    Optional Add-Ons

Learn how Payout Protector and Remove Lock Upon Payout work, what each feature covers, and the conditions that apply.

What does Remove Lock Upon Payout do?

All funded Status accounts use an End-of-Day trailing Maximum Loss Limit that eventually locks at the account’s original starting balance.

Normally, the first payout causes the MLL to lock at the starting balance immediately—even if it has not naturally reached that level yet.

With Remove Lock Upon Payout, taking a payout does not trigger that early lock. The MLL remains at its current level and continues trailing based on the account’s End-of-Day high-water mark until it naturally reaches the starting balance.

This feature does not remove the drawdown or change payout eligibility. It simply prevents a payout from moving the MLL to the starting balance early.

    100K Account Example

    Before a $1,000 payout:

    • Account balance: $102,000
    • Current MLL: $99,000
    • Trading cushion: $3,000

    A Status 100K account has a $3,000 End-of-Day drawdown. Its initial MLL is $97,000. At a $102,000 End-of-Day high-water mark, the MLL is $99,000.

    Without Remove Lock Upon Payout:

    • Balance after payout: $101,000
    • MLL locks early at: $100,000
    • Remaining trading cushion: $1,000

    With Remove Lock Upon Payout:

    • Balance after payout: $101,000
    • MLL remains at: $99,000
    • Remaining trading cushion: $2,000

Keep an additional $1,000 of trading cushion after this payout.

The MLL still permanently locks at $100,000 once the account’s End-of-Day high-water mark naturally reaches $103,000.

Remove Lock Upon Payout: Prevents a payout from locking the MLL early.

Payout Protector: May preserve eligible profits for withdrawal following an account breach, provided all applicable payout requirements are satisfied.

Remove Lock Upon Payout does not eliminate the MLL, change payout eligibility, or protect a breached account.

    What is Payout Protector?

Payout Protector is an optional add-on that may be purchased during checkout.

If the associated simulated funded account is later breached, Payout Protector allows the trader to submit a payout request for remaining eligible Account Gains above the applicable locked Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)—$25,000 for 25K accounts, $50,000 for 50K accounts, or $100,000 for 100K accounts—subject to all normal payout requirements and review. Payout Protector does not waive the MLL condition, eliminate payout eligibility requirements, or guarantee a payout. It is not insurance or protection of the evaluation fee.

How much does Payout Protector cost?

Payout Protector costs 25% of the customer’s actual checkout price after all applicable discounts. The add-on is calculated from the discounted checkout subtotal, not the undiscounted retail price.

Example: If the discounted account price is $124, Payout Protector is $31 and the total checkout amount is $155.

What requirements still apply after a breach?

Only eligible Account Gains above the applicable locked Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)—$25,000 for 25K accounts, $50,000 for 50K accounts, or $100,000 for 100K accounts—may be requested. Payout Protector does not waive this condition.

The trader must still satisfy all applicable payout conditions, including five qualifying winning days, the applicable qualifying-day amount, the 80% or 90% payout split, the 50% withdrawal limitation, the maximum payout cap, and all applicable payout-review requirements.

Only eligible Account Gains may be requested. A breach does not automatically generate a payout; the trader must initiate the request. Payout eligibility remains subject to review.

Does Payout Protector depend on the reason for the breach?

For purposes of allowing the trader to submit the protected payout request, the system does not distinguish between breach types. All other payout requirements, account reviews, Terms and Conditions, and eligibility requirements continue to apply.

    Billing, Resets, and Account Lifecycle

Understand subscriptions, resets, cancellations, and purchase terms.

What does the 25K Standard evaluation cost?

The 25K Standard evaluation is a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription, recurring renewal, or funded-account subscription.

    Regular 25K evaluation prices are:

    • Tickblaze with TradingView Charts: $99
    • DxFeed: $99
    • Volumetrica: $119
    • Rithmic: $139

The 25K Standard has no activation fee. A reset is a separate paid purchase of $70.

    Are evaluations recurring subscriptions?

The 25K Standard evaluation is a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription, recurring renewal, or funded-account subscription.

Other applicable evaluation plans are recurring 30-day subscriptions, with discounted renewals of $69 per evaluation account every 30 days.

For those recurring plans, the initial evaluation purchase is charged at the applicable checkout price and the $69 rate applies to subsequent subscription renewals.

Billing for recurring plans begins on the original purchase date and continues while the subscription remains active, subject to the applicable Plan Rules. A breach ends an account’s eligibility to continue trading, but does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription or change its renewal date.

What happens when an evaluation is breached?

A breached evaluation is no longer eligible to continue trading. If reset functionality is available for the applicable account, the trader may purchase a reset through the dashboard. The 25K Standard reset fee is $70; the confirmed reset prices for other applicable plans are listed separately.

A reset provides another evaluation attempt. For the 25K Standard, there is no subscription or renewal date to change. For recurring plans, the reset remains under the same subscription, does not restart the subscription billing cycle, and does not change the subscription renewal date. The subscription renews on its existing scheduled date, and the applicable renewal fee is charged unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with its terms.

Can a trader reset an evaluation?

Yes. Traders can purchase unlimited resets for breached evaluation accounts through the trader dashboard.

    Reset prices:

    • 25K Standard evaluation: $70 per reset.
    • 50K evaluation: $106 per reset.
    • 100K evaluation: $195 per reset.

Each reset is a separate paid purchase. The 25K Standard reset is not tied to a subscription; recurring plans remain under their existing subscription and renewal date.

For recurring plans, purchasing a reset does not change the subscription renewal date and the new evaluation attempt remains under the same subscription.

What happens when a subscription is canceled?

Manual cancellation ends a recurring subscription and its associated evaluation account. The 25K Standard is a one-time purchase and has no subscription or renewal to cancel.

There are no prorated refunds for a partially used 30-day subscription period.

    Are purchases refundable?

All purchases are non-refundable, subject to the applicable Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

    Eligibility and Verification

Review age, jurisdiction, KYC, tax, and financial-results conditions.

    Who may participate?

Traders must be at least 18 years old and meet all applicable legal eligibility requirements in their jurisdiction.

Participation is available in eligible jurisdictions, excluding OFAC-restricted jurisdictions and any other locations restricted by Status Futures, its providers, or applicable law. Location-specific eligibility questions should be directed to support when the published list does not provide a definitive answer.

    When is KYC required?

KYC is not required to begin trading the initial evaluation. KYC must be completed and approved before a trader receives a simulated funded account or payout where required.

If a trader does not pass KYC, the account may be closed.

Are there restricted countries or jurisdictions?

Status Futures cannot provide services to residents of jurisdictions restricted by applicable laws, sanctions, OFAC requirements, or Prop Account policies.

Eligibility may be reviewed during registration, account verification, or payout processing. Additional jurisdiction information may be added following final compliance review.

    How are taxes handled?

Traders are responsible for their own taxes and should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances. Status Futures does not provide individualized tax advice through support.

Can Status Futures guarantee financial results?

No. Status Futures does not guarantee evaluation success, simulated funded-account eligibility, payouts, income, or financial results. Trading performance in a simulated environment may differ from results achieved in live market conditions.

    Account Access and Support

Understand active-account limits, copy trading, and where to get account-specific help.

How many evaluation and simulated funded accounts may I have?

Traders may purchase and hold evaluation accounts with a combined simulated account value of up to $1,000,000 at any one time.

Status Futures limits each trader to three active simulated funded accounts at any one time, including accounts traded independently or through copy trading. Passing additional evaluations does not automatically entitle a trader to activate funded accounts beyond this limit.

    TWO STAGES. TWO SEPARATE LIMITS.

    EVALUATION ACCOUNTS

Maximum combined simulated account value: $1,000,000

The evaluation limit is based on the combined account sizes you hold—not one fixed number of accounts.

    Examples:

    • 40 × 25K = $1,000,000
    • 20 × 50K = $1,000,000
    • 10 × 100K = $1,000,000
    • 10 × 50K + 5 × 100K = $1,000,000

Each evaluation is billed separately and must independently meet its applicable requirements.

    SIMULATED FUNDED ACCOUNTS

Maximum per trader at any one time: 3 ACTIVE

Account indicators: Account 1, Account 2, Account 3

The same three-account limit applies whether you trade accounts independently, through copy trading, or a combination of both.

Passing additional evaluations does not increase the number of funded accounts you may activate.

Passing an evaluation does not automatically activate a simulated funded account. Activation remains subject to review, verification, applicable requirements and the three-active-account limit.

What does copy trading not override?

Copy trading is permitted only between accounts owned by the same trader. It does not override contract limits, maximum exposure, drawdown requirements, prohibited-trading rules, platform limitations, or the maximum of three active simulated funded accounts.

How many evaluation accounts may I purchase?

The limit is based on combined simulated account value, rather than a fixed number of evaluation accounts. Traders may purchase and hold active evaluation accounts totaling up to $1,000,000 at any one time.

For example, this permits up to forty 25K evaluations, twenty 50K evaluations, or ten 100K evaluations. A combination of account sizes must remain within the same $1,000,000 evaluation limit. Each evaluation is billed separately and must independently satisfy its applicable requirements.

Where can I get help with an account-specific question?
